COSI

COSI is a cd image compressor/decompressor meant for bin and img files. It follows ECM's way of thinking but it takes out more redundant data that ECM still leaves in, allowing this to have slightly better ratios than him. Like ECM, it allows you to use your own compressor (like 7z or WinRar) to really compress it.
